This may include any of the following options: manual spinal and joint adjustments with either hands or using low force techniques (such as activator, drop piece and biomechanical blocks) soft tissue and trigger point therapy, stretching, rehabilitation exercises, taping (both support and functional Kinesio). We will also advise you on posture, nutrition and exercise, to optimize the effect of your treatments.
