NICHOLAS LAVERTY

Exercise Physiologist & Remedial Massage Therapist

Nicholas holds accreditations in both Exercise Physiology and Remedial Massage, and is passionate about the combination of the two disciplines, to develop a holistic approach to musculoskeletal concerns, enabling his patients to achieve a functionally strong and healthy body. Nicholas has worked over recent year with the Canberra Brumbies and at the Australian Institute of Sport.

JACK EGAN

Exercise Scientist

Accredited by Exercise and Sport Science Australia as an Exercise Scientist, Jack has developed into the allied health industry with significant passion and dedication to achieving health and fitness goals of all kinds. With a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (Human Movement) he emerged into the exercise and sport field before currently undergoing a Master’s of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation degree at Victoria University. Jack has been a dancer at the Australian Ballet and most notably abroad in the tap dance scene as the coach of the Australian Tap Team.
