WHAT IS PHYSIOTHERAPY
Physiotherapists are trained in the treatment of injury, and as such, are often the first stop for injured athletes. Physiotherapy diagnose and treat through the use of optimal techniques to help you get back on track with your sporting endeavours. Physiotherapy treatment utilises techniques including mobilisation, soft tissue release, stretching, proprioceptive training and functional rehabilitation.
