Regardless of the level of fitness that you are starting with, personal training offers a fantastic way to push yourself further, improving your fitness at the same time as expanding your knowledge base of exercises and techniques.

GROUP CLASSES

Our Group Classes are designed to help ensure you get the individual attention you deserve, whilst being in a fun and motivational environment. Small classes help ensure exercises are done properly to reduce injury risk and to help you achieve your goals.

GYM & FACILITIES

A 1-4 therapist to patient ratio is designed to help ensure you get the individual attention you deserve. It’s important that all exercises are done properly to reduce injury risk and to help you achieve your goals.

YOUR TRAINERS

Exercise Physiologists

Exercise physiologists hold, at a minimum, a 4 year degree, which equips them with the knowledge and skills to design and deliver exercise programs for all ages and abilities. They are also trained in the specialisation of exercise therapy and lifestyle interventions for those that have developed, or are at risk of developing, chronic and complex medical conditions.

Nicholas Laverty

Exercise Physiologist

Nicholas holds university accreditations in Exercise Physiology. Nick has a passion for the holistic approach to musculoskeletal concerns, enabling his patients to achieve a functionally strong and healthy body. His interest in injury treatment and rehabilitation began in his teenage years, where he played a variety of sports and suffered from injuries that led him to numerous different treatment types to keep him playing. This sparked his interest in anatomy and physiology, leading to him undertaking his studies in the area.

Personal Trainers

SYSSM Personal trainers primarily work with people one on one, or work with small groups of people with comparable needs and goals. Their objective is to help improve the physical fitness level of the clients they work with in order to stay healthy.
