The Athletics Australia Cross Country team will be in safe hands with SYSSM massage therapist Richard Squires. It was announced yesterday that Richard will support the team at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships to be held in Kampala, Uganda on the 26th of March 2017.

Over recent years, Richard has worked with the Australian Olympic team and has been the head massage therapist for the Melbourne Track Club treating many of the world’s leading distance runners.

Under Richard’s care, Melbourne Track Club athlete, Brett Robinson will be leading the charge for Australia as he looks to better his 28th placing from the 2015 Championship. Robinson will be joined by fellow MTC athletes Stewart McSweyn and Sam McEntee in Uganda.
