The practitioners at South Yarra Spine & Sports Medicine, in addition to their roles at the clinic, have developed an external product called Balance 365, aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of employees in businesses all around Melbourne.
Balance 365 was created with the knowledge that often, employees can be incredibly focused on, and dedicated to, their work, and oftentimes forget to turn that same focus and dedication inwards, towards their own wellbeing.
Directors and leaders of forward-thinking businesses can therefore work to increase employee morale and improve their standing as an employer of choice in their field through initiating health and wellbeing programs within their workplaces, and helping their employees to improve their overall health.
This is achieved through initial health assessments, motivational speakers, as well as workplace-wide initiatives such as yoga classes and workstation massages.
