OUR PERSONAL TRAINING
At South Yarra Spine & Sports Medicine, we offer a personal training service through our fully-equipped gym on the premises. Our personal trainers can create personalised training programs based on your level of fitness and health goals, as well as being on-hand every step of the way. Regardless of the level of fitness that you are starting with, personal training offers a fantastic way to push yourself further, improving your fitness at the same time as expanding your knowledge base of exercises and techniques.
OUR GYM FACILITIES
At SYSSM, we have a fully-equipped, onsite boutique gym. This space is used by private gym members, as well as for specialised training by our exercise physiologists. In addition, our practitioners use the gym to provide rehabilitation training and exercises for clients. This allows our practitioners to provide exceptional service to our clients, through increasing the knowledge that they can pass onto their clients, and ensuring that all rehabilitation and other exercises are taught and executed correctly.
