Our Group Classes are individualised with collaboration between referring practitioner and class lead, tailored to suit the requirements and needs of the individual. Group classes are managed and conducted by a highly qualified SYSSM physiotherapist and exercise scientist.


VIRTUAL HEALTH (PHYSIOTHERAPY TELEHEALTH SERVICE)
Assess & Diagnose Your physiotherapist will ask a series of questions about your concern. They will then safely guide you through a series of tests and movements to help diagnose your injury or condition.
Manage & Treat We develop a personalised, home based recovery plan using tailored exercises and treatments.
Education We provide you with detailed tutorials and videos to help you carry out the plan.
