Techniques used during a Myotherapy treatment include soft tissue manipulation/deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial dry needling, myofascial release, postural assessment and correction, corrective exercises (stretches, strength), and core stability exercises. These techniques are used to ease tight muscles, reduce pressure on joints, relieve pain, and improve range of movement.
