Luke Walker

Principal Physio
Luke is an Australian trained physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience within the fitness industry. He started his journey as a swim coach and over the years progressed through personal training, group training and then for the past 7 years, has been working as a physiotherapist.

Through his experience, Luke has recognised his passion for acute musculoskeletal rehab as well post surgical rehabilitation. Luke is also very passionate about the mental health space; the relationship between the body and the mind and how much they can manipulate one another. He plans to potentially do further research in this area. Luke has a holistic approach to rehab. He believes that an appropriate level of manual therapy such as massage and mobilisations to settle the patient’s pain, combined with thorough education and exercises is the key to get his clients feeling independent, motivated and inevitably, achieving their goals.
