Introduction to Run Melbourne

It is that time of the year again!

Run Melbourne is coming up and people are starting to get their butts into gear to run a 5.2, 10km, or half marathon on the 16th of July.

Over the next few weeks, we will be posting all things running.

Think running plans, injury prevention, shoe fittings, strength training and everything else in between.

The first tip to start you off – preparation is everything with running. The more you prepare, the easier it will be to reach your goal!
