What Should I Do When Beginning To Exercise Again?

“After long breaks, it is important to ease back into exercise in order to avoid injury and get the most out of your training!

Returning to exercise after a long period of time off is always hard, so it Is important to remember to start back with lighter weights and/or shorter distances.

With an extended time off muscles will decrease in strength and tone, so it is important to slowly reintroduce load and allow conditioning to happen over several weeks.

Starting is always the hardest part, but it is always better to do something than nothing!”
